December 10th, 2009 patrick No comments

Put.io is a new service that allows you to download torrent files at blazing speeds to a remote server. Once finished, users can download the files to their home computers or stream video files directly to their Internet browser or media player.

I have read a lot about this.. But still looking for my invite.

A Hidim turns a torrent into a regular PNG image

July 13th, 2009 patrick No comments

You save the png yourself. You can post it anywhere. People can decode it, but it can’t be searched for… it won’t turn up in searches for those torrents, unless you provide text that matches.

My brother asked me why this is cool. I told him its cool for if you wanted a torrent to not show up on google. Then he asked me why wouldn’t you. I was just thinking it was cool that it turned a torrent into an image.

You can sent your torrent files to their site http://hid.im and they have a decoder Firefox extention.
